us know what is being communicated about which opportunities, saving us valuable

time in tracking down information from sales, finance, marketing, and other

departments. We were not syncing emails to opportunities before Cirrus Insight, so it

was a huge hassle to know which email was related to which opportunity...no more!

Lead/Contact creation from Gmail is HUGE! No more flipping back and forth between

windows to capture the right information.

In general, having the basic functions of Salesforce - especially Task/Log a Call

creation - is a huge time-saver. Sales reps no longer have to go through an endless

series of clicks in Salesforce to find the right record and create an Activity. It's all

neatly housed within Gmail.
