PDC Meet and Greet A scheduled (45 minute) opportunity to have your firm meet with the

PDC leadership team.

• Topics discussed:

• The organizational structure of your firm

• Services your firm provides and if there are areas of emphasis

• Approach to sustainability and safety

• A representative sample of your firm’s client base

• A sample of recent projects your firm has delivered

• Please provide an electronic version of your presentation

on a flash drive via email

IPF/PDC BASE CONTRACTORS

• Services are typically for Purchase Order projects; under $250,000.

• Vendors are identified thorough an RFQ/RFP process in which three

categories of vendors are identified; general contractor, electrical and

mechanical.

• The intent is to use the GC and MEP services of the vendors

• Experienced on MSU’s campus and familiar with the IPF Technical Standards

• minimal specifications are provided with these projects.

• The forum is held on campus to provide information regarding:

• Future project opportunities

• Updates on MSU policies and procedures and how they affect our vendors • example: MSU will be a no smoking campus as of August 15, 2016

• Learning opportunities such as tree protection requirements

• Services offered to our contractors by MSU business units • surplus and recycling, landscapes services, contracting and purchasing

• Unifier support – PDC Document Management system

• Safety requirements

Annual contractor and consultant forum - held between October and

February on campus.

Advertised on the IPF web site as well as email invites are sent to local and

regional association, as well as vendors registered on ARC Document

Solution plan room.
