Desiree went above and beyond to help sell my house! I would work with her again without

question - she's the best!! She even went out of her way to help with staging and conducting

open houses to get interested buyers out for a look. I previously listed with another agent which

was a mistake... With Desire, we had more showings in the first week that I had over the entire

Our home was a very complicated sale. It needed some TLC before it could be sold, and we

didn't have a large budget for that. Desiree came through and advised us how to prioritize that

budget for the best result. She even knows the best people to get the job done. We had to

move out of state before the house sold, leaving a multitude of details unresolved. Desiree

handled everything from painting to cleaning, sold our house in a short timeframe and kept us

informed about everything with a minimum of fuss.
