I’m a visual artist who expresses the two sides of my interests in my work – the darker, scarier things I enjoy and the fluffier, softer side of my personality. Being a shy person, I rely on my art to express who I am and what I need to say. Art is so important for the purpose of speaking unspoken words and I feel safe when using it for that reason. I love to share what I feel with my art and love to connect with others through my work. In the future, I plan to use my knowledge in art to teach elementary students the gift of art and creativity.

I am a student pursuing an Associates in Fine Arts with a

concentration in Industrial Design. I am fascinated by the creative process and everything to do with design;

whether it is fashion, interior, product design, and even graphics. Although I am not certain of my specific path

within Industrial Design, I am currently pursuing internships that will expand my knowledge in any of these

fields and that will lead me to a successful career in design. After my journey at CCM, I would like to continue my education in a four year college to obtain a Bachelor

of Industrial Design.

Hi guys my name is Francisco Agudelo. I’m an industrial design student here at CCM. I’m also a member of an honors society with plans to graduate May 2020. My interest lies in wearable and interactive objects, and my favorite materials are metals , leathers , and glass. I hope to one day have my own design brand just like Steve Madden or Jimmy Choo. In my free time, I enjoy training judo/JiuJitSu, as well as volunteering for immigrant rights. Specifically for Dreamers rights and fighting for equal opportunities in education for all people. So thankful to all the professors at CCM who have made a lasting imprint on me and have taught me many fundamentals for future success.

I am currently studying architecture and my main interest is designing residential spaces, although I do enjoy all aspects of the profession. I have completed two years at County College of Morris, receiving an Associates of Fine Arts (AFA) with a focus in Architecture. One of my many hobbies is playing my trumpet; music has always been a big influence in my life. I also enjoy getting out and going on hikes with my dog Luna, and taking pictures with my Minolta.

Hi, my name is Steven Giraldo. I am currently in the Design Program at the County College of Morris studying Architecture. I graduate in May with my Associate Degree and plan on transferring to a four-year school to pursue my Bachelor Degree. My main hobbies are fishing, drawing, and traveling. Drawing is the hobby I spend the most time on mainly because I love trying to create/draw something different. I love trying new techniques and learning how to work with different mediums.

I'm Eman, a Fashion design student graduating with an AFA and venturing into the Business side of fashion. What drew me into the design was the impact it has always had on the world. Think about it, everything we own, wear, eat, see, use was designed. What kept me in design all these years is always being mesmerized by how each project starts with a flat, plain, 2d object and in time transforms into 3d images or products. It's especially bewildering with Fashion, because what was once a flat object is now a work of art you can wear and use to show the world different parts of yourself. It's been a wonderful experience and a huge blessing to have learned so many different disciplines from drawing, 3d design, fashion construction, CAD, even jewelry design, and now I look forward to learning and studying the business side of things.

Hannah Sachs-Scott Visual Arts

Hannah was born in Eureka, California, and has since lived in many places across the country, finally landing in New Jersey. Her nomadic upbringing led to an exposure to a variety of different landscapes, people, and cultures. Hannah would describe herself as being predominantly a conceptual artist and she is inspired by artists like Louise Nevelson, Andy Goldsworthy, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Keith Haring, and Mark Dion. Hannah’s preferred artistic outlets are mainly 3-dimensional, including ceramics/stoneware, sculpture (with a variety of mediums), and assemblage. Her next ventures are to learn to weld and blow glass. She would like to pursue a career in Art Therapy or teaching art to children.

Kaitlyn Sklow was born and raised in Parsippany, NJ. She is a visual arts education student who became interested in art at a very young age. Her favorite mediums include acrylic, charcoal, and clay. As soon as she completes her A.F.A degree with a teacher education concentration at County College of Morris, she plans to matriculate into Montclair State University's art education program in pursuit of a master's degree.Ultimately, she strives to inspire young children to grow into sensitive, empathetic, and confident individuals.
