Adjust height of lawn mower by measuring the blade to the ground while on a flat level surface.

8. Explain overseeding of turfgrass.Over seeding is used to renovate turf with less than a 50% stand. A vertical mower tears the turf and loosens the soil. The mower also plants while cultivating.
