Receipts can be categorised at four levels for machine learning:
• Per receipt design (i.e. a supplier’s particular
design of receipt) and previous extraction by a
specific user.
• Per receipt design and previous extraction by
all users. Xtracta determines the most common
extraction strategies.
• Generally for a receipt type at a market or
language level e.g. all receipts within the UK in
English or all French receipts within Switzerland
or all Swiss-German receipts within Switzerland.
• Generally for a receipt type across all
languages or market e.g. receipts globally
follow a similar structure.
