5. Submission of Practicum Handbook 1 with evaluation report in

1. Concept/ definition of one or two sentences of 1 mark each - 7(8)

2. Multiple Choice etc. of 1 mark each - 8(7)

3. 5 Questions (answer within 50-100 words) of 3 marks each - 15

4. 4 Questions (answers around 150 words) of 5 marks each - 20

5. 3 questions (answers within 300-500 words) of 10 marks each - 30

Enrollment fee (once) = 200/-
