Sale / Installation / Service DEKOM is a certifi ed Cisco, Polycom, LifeSize and Sony partner. There are branches in Hamburg (GER), Madrid (ES), Barcelona (ES), Breda (NL), Istanbul (TR), Kiev (UA), Zurich (CH) and additional service points in Germany. Video conferencing solutions have been installed in over 50 countries in recent years.

DEKOM works with a central ERP system which covers all company areas and generates documents in different languages. The help desk works on a ticket system connected to the ERP system and this too is multilingual.

DEKOM is one of the biggest suppliers of HD video conferencing and HD video conferencing infrastructuresolutions in the whole of Europe. We offer a complete service from manufacturer-independent advice, im-plementation concepts and installation, adaptation to work environments, maintenance, repair and contractual guarantee services.

DEKOM is a specialist in signal infrastructures and media technology for the design, planning, installation and implementation of sophisticated individual conference rooms to scenarios in theatres, POS areas, lecture halls and auditoriums, stadiums, arenas, hotels and museums. DEKOM is a certifi ed partner of AMX, Bosch, Crestron, Extron, NEC, Sennheiser, SMART, Sony and many others and is also able, for example, to analyse, plan, simulate and run the acoustics of areas using appropriate measuring equipment.

The core skill of DEKOM is professional conference room technology.
