TSX-V: DSM Developing World Class Copper Resources in Namibia COMPANY OVERVIEW Deep-South Resources Inc. is a mineral exploration company with a large Namibian shareholding, actively involved in the acquisition, exploration and development of major mineral properties in Namibia and Canada. Deep-South growth strategy is to focus on the exploration and development of quality assets, in significant mineralized trends, close to infrastructure, in stable countries. Deep-South’s current exploration focus on its 100% owned Haib copper project in Namibia is to advance the delineation of the known high grade zones (4,000 m of drilling planned), to assess extraction technologies and to generate a new geological model for resource estimation and drilling target optimization. Haib Copper world class resource potential: The Haib project is a large copper-molybdenum porphyry deposit located in the south of Namibia; The Haib Cu-Mo porphyry is arguably the oldest porphyry deposit in the world (dated 1.8 B years), and one of the largest in Africa; It hosts an existing 2 billion lbs Cu Historical Estimate*, open near surface and at depth; Over 55,000 metres of diamond drilling by 5 mining companies in the last 50 years and about 14,000 metres of drilling by Teck in the recent years; Historical Estimate of 1.3 Bt @ 0.22% Cu including 244 Mt @ 0.37% Cu. Recent exploration identified new high-grade zones with four highly prospective targets; Recent exploration also identified five prospective satellite bodies.
