The Decor District is the biggest arena of floristry ever seen in Italy. It is a fantastic exhibition of beauty, creativity and intellect, an infinite show of ideas and inspiration for the world of flowers, decoration and accessories. It is a spectacular window for wedding trends, a meeting point for wedding planners, a colourful, high-level stage with its flower-fashion runways, ambiances, flowers from Italy and the world, contests, meetings and the great international masters who are ready to enchant, stupefy and surprise the visitors with their creations. The Decor District will also exhibit the flower trends 2019-2020 in a world premiere.

Scuole d’arte floreale italiane ed estere sono impegnate in sfilate, dimostrazioni floreali e allestimenti scenografici seguendo il tema: “Mille note colorate, 8 musiche per 8 atmosfere indimenticabili”. I Floral e i Fashion Designer internazionali della scuola IFDA, seguendo l’ispirazione dei temi musicali assegnati, realizzano abiti di Design, completati da innovativi accessori floreali. Due gli appuntamenti Fashion Show nell’area sfilate con “Flow”, momento di fusione tra moda e arte floreale.

Italian and international schools of floristry apply their talent in fashion shows, floristry demonstrations and scenic instalments that follow the theme of “A thousand colourful notes, 8 music pieces for 8 unforgettable ambiances”. International floral and Fashion Designer of IFDA school of fashion and design, by following the inspiration of the music themes, will create signature dresses that will be completed by innovative floral accessories. The runway area will host two fashion shows by the title of “Flow”, a moment of fusion between fashion and floristry.

• IFDA •IFDA Italian Fashion & Design Academy è un’accademia d’avanguardia parauniversitaria di Moda e Design. Per Myplant i giovani designer di IFDA collaborano con 8 scuole floreali internazionali nella realizzazione dell’evento MILLE NOTE COLORATE per cui realizzano gli abiti che presentano in due momenti-sfilata. I direttori artistici della scuola gestiscono e coordinano tutti i defilé che hanno luogo durante la manifestazione; partner per la realizzazione di make-up e acconciature è l’Accademia Stefano Anselmo.IFDA Italian Fashion & Design Academy is a signature school for fashion and design based in Milan. At Myplant the young IFDA designers will cooperate with 8 international floristry schools in the creation of the event MILLE NOTE COLORATE / A THOUSAND COLOURFUL NOTES, in which they will create dresses that will be presented during two fashion shows. The artistic directors of the school will manage and coordinate the shows that will take place during the trade fair; Accademia Stefano Anselmo is partner of the event for make up and hairstyles.

• THE REAL WEDDING e WHITE SPOSA •White Sposa, rivista precursore di nuove tendenze, è da sempre punto di riferimento nel mondo wedding e collabora con importanti stilisti e flower designer. In occasione di Myplant presenta due sfilate con le collezioni di Morilee ed Elisabetta Polignano e coinvolge tre floral designer per 3 wedding happening: Patrizia Di Braida, Sonia Luongo e Carolina Foti. La sequenza delle cerimonie ha luogo mercoledì 20 febbraio (ore 11.00), all’interno dello spazio di The Real Wedding, Pad. 12. Mercoledì 20 febbraio (ore 14.00), presso l’area sfilate, convegno internazionale pomeridiano con Dini Holtrop e Paul Deckers ‘Il Floral Designer e il Wedding Planner, due professioni a confronto’, per i professionisti delle cerimonie e degli eventi.White Sposa is a trendsetter and it has always been a landmark in the wedding world. The magazine cooperates with fashion and flower designers. At Myplant White Sposa will present two fashion shows with the collections of Morilee and Elisabetta Polignano, and it will involve three floral designers for three wedding happenings: Patrizia Di Braida, Sonia Luongo and Carolina Foti. The ceremonies will take place on Wednesday 20 February at 11:00 within the The Real Wedding area, hall 12. The same day at 2:00pm, at the fashion shows area, there will be an international seminar with Dini Holtrop and Paul Deckers by the title “Floral designer and wedding planner: a comparison” dedicated to the professionals in the field.
