last September the leadership Team of the church made a few changes to the Sunday morning Worship schedule and have recently taken a church-wide survey to evaluate the impact the changes have made on the families of ACC. The leadership Team has reviewed the results of the Worship Service Survey and the results have revealed the following information:

1. There is an equal number of families who are "pleased·'and "not pleased" with the current Worship schedule.

2. There is greater interest and attendance in the Contemporary Worship service than in the Blended Worship service.

3. More children and adults do not attend Sunday school than do.

4. The clear preferred Worship schedule of the families of ACC is to have a Blended Worship service at 9:00 am and a Contemporary Worship service at 10:30 am.

Taking into consideration the results of the survey, combined with various other considerations such as parking issues in the winter for the elderly,

time schedules for families with young children, and a desire to pro~ide a meaningful Worship experience, the Leadership Team of ACC has decided to make a change to the Worship Service schedule. The scheduling change will be effedive SUNDAY. JANUARY 6'".2013.

The New Worship Service schedule will be as follows:

-9:00 AM Blended Worship Service -10:30 AM Contemporary Worship

Service and Sunday School for all ages

Please notice that the times for Worship did not change, we simply flipped the Blended and Contemporary Worship services around. Sunday School will remain at 10:30 am.

We understand the challenges and difficulties that change can bring to a church body. We hope you understand that we make these changes prayerfully considering the benefit that this will bring to the entire congregation. It is the desire of LT that this change will remain in effect until we need to make adjustments to accommodate continued growth of the church.
