Welcome

Changing Organizational Change! International Conference on Sustaining Change Management 2005

December 12 – 14, 2005 – Vienna, Austria

to the International Conference on Sustaining Change Management 2005

Every profit and not for profit company has to adapt and change continuously in order to survive in the long run. The only question is, HOW – as most of the change processes are not successful or are not even brought to an end. And many of them don´t get any support or even acceptance by the executives. During our last 10 years of experience in change processes we have more and more come to the result that there is a chance to handle change successfully – if we change organizational change. And that means that we don’t only have to set other procedures in our companies, but that we also have to think differently. We aim at your realizing successful change also in your company. That´s why we have initialized this outstanding Practical Conference where we have brought together the world´s most important and innovative thinkers and have put together a programme that should provide answers to the most important challenges that internal experts – executives, leaders and internal HR experts – face at the moment and in the future. In this conference you will find no „oneway speeches“ – but lots of workshops, in which you can experience new models and approaches and work on your current situation, dealing with your special questions about change processes. You will work in small workshop groups directed by the world´s most renowned speakers and will be able to exchange your experiences with other participants coming from all over the world during our attractive frame program. We are looking forward to welcome you to this outstanding conference in Vienna! Mag. Sonja Radatz President Institute for Systemic Coaching and Training
