First Five Days of Death

Notify family doctor

Obtain the death notice

Contact the Funeral Director for transport of body, services etc

Write the obituary

Consult the will( if any)

Contact an Estate Lawyer

One Year later: After the Funeral

Resolving an estate can take up to a year to gather up all the assets, pay bills, distribute resources and settle all accounts
