Leadership
I was in charge of the final athletic theme night of the 2012/13 school year at The
University of Tampa. My duties were to lead my peers in preparing for the event, as well
as on the day of the event. I was in contact with some of the schools sponsors and
venders in order to provide food and prizes for the event. I also worked with the coaches
and athletes to help increase the player’s interaction with the audience.
Founded two different collegiate clubs involved with the spreading of Korean culture and
language, KPACC at the University of Tampa and The Korean Language Club at The
University of Pittsburgh. The language club at Pitt is currently being founded as a
partnership between upper level Korean students and the Korean language department to
help fellow language students through conversation practice and exposure to Korean
culture.
