Individual regions are responsible for identifying the new customer projects and initiate implementation process and project initiation. If customer is a global customer then the requirements are consolidate into one template, Global IT will drive the pilot project implementation and on successful completion, the regions will start other sites implementation owned by individual regions and country. Project pipeline are manage by individual regions, overall governance will be managed and support by Global IT Business material management center of competency for SAP eWMS systems & EDI B2B implementation. SAP eWMS Product Migration - Organization strategy is to have one common global best of bread warehouse solution offered to our customers as a service for warehouse management, individual regions own responsibility identifying long term committed customers and customers interested for long term contract commitments are considers as potential target customers for migration, we also want to reduce our OPEX cost by retiring old legacy WMS applications. The same scope of work managed for suppliers & customers of Flextronics as well for Inter-company sites. The project managed by centralized offshore-shared business service model to support across the Flextronics sites globally.

Indirect Procurement Systems SAP SRM implementation:For the SAP SRM/MDM I am managing resources from offshore to implement systems solution at all flex sites globally to manage indirect procurement, and support any post implementation business support issues. This implementation involves SAP SRM for placing shopping carts, catalog and parts management, MDM (Data mart integration) & Baan ERP integration for placing and tracking indirect purchase orders, maintain item catalog management working with GCM has & site approval workflow matrix.

Global Business Management reporting: For the Global Business Management reporting, I am managing resources from offshore to drive requirement for top senior management reports requirements, coordinate development and plan go live/publish. Once live/publish, the reports are maintained and extracted as per the frequency agreed and circulate to top Management executive stakeholders across the globe.
