• Spray walls with APSC Solution and wipe with a clean, sanitizer-soaked towel to remove soil.

• Use a clean Microfiber Cloth to remove streaks and polish surface.

• For high-gloss tiles & wall tiles spray a microfiber cloth with Glass & Multi-Surface Cleaner Solution and wipe surface.

NOTE: Textured wall covering and grout lines may require a pot brush or

NO-SCRATCH PAD to remove imbedded soils.

• At closing, or at least once per day, clean, rinse and sanitize upholstered seating.

• Clean upholstered seating with APSC Solution and wipe with a clean, sanitizer-soaked towel. Rinse surface by wiping with a separate sanitizer-soaked towel. Sanitize surface by spraying with Sanitizer Solution. Allow at least one minute to sit; then dry with a clean paper towel.

• Throughout the day, clean tables as soon as customers have left and before other customers sit down. Spray tabletops with Glass & Multi-Surface Cleaner Solution. Wipe with a clean, sanitizer-soaked towel or a clean paper towel if streaks occur.

NOTE: Immediately wipe up food and drink spills with a clean, sanitizer-soaked towel to prevent staining.

• For stubborn soils, spray a Power Pad with Glass & Multi-Surface Cleaner Solution. Wipe with a clean, sanitizer-soaked towel or a clean paper towel if streaks occur.

NOTE: Do not saturate any materials in the lobby.

• At closing or at least once per day, clean, rinse and sanitize tables/countertops.

• Clean tables/countertops with Glass & Multi-Surface Cleaner Solution and wipe with a clean, sanitizer-soaked towel. Rinse surface by wiping with a separate sanitizer-soaked towel. Sanitize surface by spraying with Sanitizer Solution. Allow at least one minute to dry before wiping with a sanitizer-soaked towel or a clean paper towel if streaks occur.

• Use a clean, dry microfiber cloth to remove smudge marks, finger prints and soils daily.

NOTE: Ensure that a separate clean, dry microfiber cloth is used for LCD screen cleaning. Microfiber cloth saturated with unapproved LCD cleaning products could cause permanent damage when used on LCD screens.

• After each use, spray trays with Glass & Multi-Surface Cleaner Solution. Wipe with a clean, sanitizer-soaked towel and then spray with Sanitizer Solution.

• Allow to sit 60 seconds, then; dry with a clean paper towel.

• At closing or at least once per day, wash, rinse, and sanitize trays in

3-compartment sink; then, allow to air dry.

• Throughout the day, collect lobby trays from the dining room when they begin to stack up on the trash receptacles and bring to the back sink area.

• Wipe area with a clean, sanitizer- soaked towel to remove soils and fingerprints throughout the day.

• For fingerprints and streaking spray a clean Microfiber Cloth with Specialty Cleaner & Polish and use to wipe clean.

• Clean, rinse and sanitize after each use.• Clean high chairs and high chair trays

after each use with Glass & Multi-Surface Cleaner Solution. Wipe with a clean, sanitizer-soaked towel.

• Rinse surface by wiping with a separate sanitizer-soaked towel.

• Sanitize surface by spraying with Sanitizer Solution. Allow at least one minute to dry before wiping with a sanitizer-soaked towel or a clean paper towel if streaks occur.

• Spray a clean, sanitizer-soaked towel with Glass & Multi-Surface Cleaner Solution.

• Wipe the etched glass clean.• Dry with a clean paper towel.

• As needed, polish stainless steel/chrome surfaces with Specialty Cleaner & Polish and a clean Microfiber Cloth -OR- a clean, sanitizer-soaked towel to restore shine and remove fingerprints.

• Wipe area with a clean, sanitizer-soaked towel to remove soils throughout the day.

• For stubborn soils, lightly spray soiled area with Glass & Multi-Surface Cleaner Solution and wipe with a clean Microfiber Cloth -OR- a clean, sanitizer-soaked towel.

• For stubborn stain removal, spray a Power Pad with Glass & Multi-Surface Cleaner Solution.

• For removal of permanent marker, ink or other graffiti, spray a Power Pad with Graffiti Remover.

• Use moist section of pad to gently buff stains away from surface.

• Once stains are removed, follow tables/countertops cleaning procedure.

• Dust light fixtures and window treatments in dining area daily.

• For heavy soil build up, spray a clean microfiber cloth with APSC Solution and gently wipe surface until clean.

NOTE: Ensure that a separate clean, dry microfiber cloth is used for LCD screen cleaning. Microfiber cloth saturated with unapproved LCD cleaning products could cause permanent damage when used on LCD screens.

• Spray a clean microfiber cloth -OR- a clean, sanitizer-soaked towel with Glass & Multi-Surface Cleaner Solution. Wipe light fixtures and window treatments at least once per week.

• Fill a clean empty sanitizer bucket with fresh APSC Solution. Apply solution to the walls with a clean, sanitizer-soaked towel, rubbing thoroughly. Discard the used towel into the soiled towel bucket.

• Rinse well with a thoroughly wrung out, clean, sanitizer-soaked towel.

• Dry thoroughly using a clean paper towel.

• Polish with a clean, microfiber cloth.

NOTE: For high-gloss tiles use a paper towel instead of a sanitizer-soaked towel.

• For stubborn soils, fingerprints or streaking, use a clean, sanitizer- soaked towel AND Microfiber Cloth and Specialty Cleaner & Polish to remove soils.

• Polish with a separate clean, dry Microfiber Cloth.

NOTE: Multiple applications may be necessary to achieve results.

• For heavy soil removal, spray a clean NO-SCRATCH Pad with Glass & Multi-Surface Cleaner Solution and use to scrub the surface clean.

• Dry with a clean paper towel.

• Rinse with a clean, sanitizer-soaked towel and dry with a clean paper towel.

NOTE: Do not use abrasive cleaners/pads as these may cause damage. Only use the recommended cleaner on etched glass as other products may cause excessive streaking or damage.

• To condition, spray upholstered seating surface with Premium Seating Cleaner and Conditioner and wipe with a clean microfiber cloth -OR- a clean, sanitizer-soaked towel

• Clean upholstered seating with APSC Solution and wipe with a clean, sanitizer-soaked towel.
