• Led cross-functional teams of field sales, marketing, managed care and others in an innovative series of workshops to identify regional marketing insights and create strategies resulting in 50 customized marketing plans targeting high risk and high volume geographies, significantly contributing to sales goal achievement exceeding $2 billion in annual sales. The initiative far exceeded the planned goal of 10 strategies and resulted in recognition by senior management with a division President’s Award.

Senior Product Manager

Performed marketing roles with AbbVie’s Anesthesia business including brand and financial planning, marketing campaign development, contracting strategy and competitive intelligence.

• Led an innovative contracting and sales strategy, resulting in greater than expected sales and share retention, exceeding annual margin goal of $114 Million by 10%. The initiative resulted in recognition by senior management with the first ever division Marketing All Star Award.
