Page 1 of 1 Data sheet Lamella separator Lamella separator for separating oil, gasoline and solid particles from wastewater, typically surface water/rainwater from larger paved areas such as parking lots, harbor areas and storage yards. In the lamella separator, waste water is led through a lamella filter, which reduces the flow of water and causes friction. Hereby particles settle, and oil adheres to the lamellas/ribs of the filter, where larger drops of oil are created and flows to the surface. Due to the construction of the lamella separator the settled particles and oil are contained. Lamella separator for separating oil, gasoline and solid particles from wastewater, typically surfacewater/rainwater from larger paved areas such as parking lots, harbor areas and storage yards.

In the lamella separator, waste water is led through a lamella filter, which reduces the flow of water andcauses friction. Hereby particles settle, and oil adheres to the lamellas/ribs of the filter, where larger dropsof oil are created and flows to the surface.
