IPPE BLOCKS

� SECTION-I

IPPE - Households Survey Data Entry Form

1. Login from Programme Officer/Gram Panchayat for Data Entry.

2. After successful login, under section ‘IPPE-2’ , click the link ‘IPPE-2 Survey Data Entry’.

3. After clicking,below screen will appear with the options: • Base Form

o This form is based on SECC data. o This is mandatory if SECC data is available and must be filled first, before any other

form. • Form-A (Light green color)

o This form pertains to MGNREGA month wise demand projection of a household. • Form-B (Light Blue color)

o This form pertains to NRLM (National Rural Livelihoods Mission).

o For NRLM intensive blocks, it will be a shorter format

o For NRLM non-intensive blocks, it will be a longer form (Additional form –B) as it includes more details pertaining to NRLM.

• Form-C (Light Gray Color)

o This form pertains to DDUGKY (Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana). • Form-D (Yellow Color)

o This form belongs to IAY (Indira Awaas Yojana). • Form-E (Light Pink Color)

o This form pertains to National Social Assistance Programme (NSAP)

MGNREGA

On clicking of ‘Base Form’, the following screen will appear which facilitates selection of any of the two options, namely:

� With SECC Data � Without SECC Data

With SECC Data: If ‘With SECC Data’ is selected, following page will appear.

a. Select Panchayat and then enter the complete UNIQUE FORM NUMBER in the provided textbox. After entering it, select the Unique Form Number in the provided list. (Note: Unique form number is displayed on the right-top corner of Base-form printed)

b. Following screenshot shows the data entry screen for Base form:

After filling the Base Form for selected Unique Form Number, user can save it by clicking ‘Save and Next’ button. Then only the user is able to fill the remaining forms, corresponding to the selected Unique Form Number.

Without SECC Data:

a. If user has selected ‘Without SECC Data’ option, it indicates that family is not available in SECC list and survey had been done with NREGA job card number only. This can happen in following two cases:

• The entire location (State, District, Block, Panchayat) was not surveyed under SECC or the location was created after SECC survey.

• Location was available at the time of SECC survey but the family was not surveyed for some reasons or was moved to this location after survey was over, hence, the family will not be available in the list of SECC survey.

b. Before selecting ‘Without SECC Data’ for GPs having SECC data, kindly ensure any of the following:

• NREGASoft Panchayat is mapped with SECC Panchayat

• At least one SECC Base Form has been filled for the GP. c. For Gram Panchayats not having SECC Data, ‘Without SECC Data’ option can only be

selected if the Gram Panchayat is marked as ‘No SECC data available’.

Note: Gram Panchayat can be marked as no SECC Data available from the PO Login.

On clicking of ‘Without SECC Data’:

a. User has to select Panchayat, enter Family id & select Job Card Number as shown in the below form:

b. In this case, Base form will not be filled but all other forms (Form A, B, C, D, E) can be filled, if family holds a MGNREGA job card.

Form-A (MGNREGA) : On clicking of 'Form-A’, Unique ID, Family ID will appear as per the Base Form corresponding to

the Unique Form Number entered. Head of HH will appear matching the Unique-Id from

NREGASoft. Now user may select whether HH is FRA Beneficiary, and enter month wise demand

projection figures for FY 2016-17.

Note: -In Form-A, Unique I , Family ID will appear as per the Base Form corresponding to each

Unique Form Number which are filled. Head of HH will appear as per the NREGASoft.

FORM –B (NRLM):

Click on base form and select the unique form number then click on the tab Form Bfor data entry.

a) Unique Form number – Unique form number will be displayed in read-only mode.

b) Date of filling the form – User should enter the date of filling the form.

c) Details of the head of the Household:

� Name – Name of the Head of the household must appear automatically, once

the unique form number is selected. User can edit it if the Head of the Family is

changed.

d) Land Holding details of the Family:

User must enter the details of own land and leased land in Local units and must specify

the name of that Local unit and its value in 1 Acre.

� Own land:

• Low land (Irrigated and Non Irrigated).

• Medium land (Irrigated and Non Irrigated).

• Up land (Irrigated and Non Irrigated).

• Homestead land (Irrigated and Non Irrigated).

• Non-cultivable land (Irrigated and Non Irrigated).

� Leased Land: (Irrigated and None Irrigated).

e) Agriculture related opportunities:

� Is the family willing to take up Land Development work? : User must check the

one or many Options from Land leveling, Farm bunding and Other Checkboxes.

� Individual Irrigation assets required: User must check the one or many Options

from Form Pond, Dug Well and Other Checkboxes.

� Is the HH willing to construct NADEP compost pit or Azolla pit? : User must check

the one or both Options from NADEP and Azolla Checkboxes.

h) Non Timber Forest Procedure (NTFP) based Livelihoods :

This section must be filled only if the village is closed to the Forests.

� Is the village is in Proximity of Forests? : User must check ‘Yes or No’.

must check the one or many Options from Tasar, Lac and Others Checkboxes.

� Is the family interested to take up block plantation of trees for production of

NTFPs? : User must check ‘Yes or No’.

i) Priority list of household level productive works:

User must set the Priority for the Work from the List of Assets Building. User has to

select the Combo Box for High, Medium or Low Priority for the following Works:

� Land leveling

� Farm bunding

� Other land development work

� Farm/fishery Pond

� Dug well

� Other Irrigation Structure

� Water conservation work in agricultural land.

� NDEP composting

� Azolla pit

� Plantation on own land

� Plantation on public land

� Cattle shed

� Goat/Sheep Shed

j) Name of the Surveyor: User should enter the Name of the Surveyor.

Additional Form – B (NRLM)

For Gram Panchayats in NRLM intensive blocks, additional form B will be displayed for data

entry. This will be in continuation to the data entry screen for Form B.

k) Enterprise related Livelihood activities:

� Is the family willing to set up a household level enterprise as a livelihood option?

: User must check ‘Yes or No’.

User must fill the following details against the Source of credit (Money lender/Trader,

MFI/Finance Company, SHG, Bank/Direct or Friend/Relative):

� Outstanding amount in rupees.

� Rate of Interest in %: Monthly or Annually (Only one should be entered).

� Reasons for Borrowing: User must check one or many options from:

• Consumption

• Production

• Marriage

• Festivals/Rituals

m) Livelihood Mapping:

� Number of months for which food is available from own farming: User must

enter the number of months.

� Income Details: User must enter the income in rupees from the following

Livelihood Sources:

• Agriculture

• Livestock

• Wage

• Migration

• NTFP

FORM –E (NSAP):

Click on base form and select the unique form number then click on the tab Form Efor data entry.

- Basic details such as Name of head of Household, Father’s Name, Mother’s name, Size of

family, Age, Gender, Social Category, TIN number, Mobile, Location as district, Tehsil,

Gram panchayat will be displayed from SECC database.

- Registered Mobile will be shown and can be updatedif not available or wrong.

- User need to select Gram Panchayat as shown below in figure

1. Details of pensioners (referring to unique form number entered) who are getting pension

under NSAP scheme as Old Aged (IGNOAPS), Disability (IGNDPS) and Widow (IGNWPS), their

Sanction Order Number will be entered. Search button given to find beneficiary in NSAP-MIS

database. It will display beneficiary name, gender, age, scheme and beneficiary no from

NSAP-MIS database. Other details as pension amount per month, last pension received

month & year and No of pension pending months need to be entered by user. If a family

member is getting pension from any other social security pension scheme then complete

detail of beneficiary such as Name, Gender, Age, Scheme, beneficiary no, pension amount,

last pension paid month & year and number of pension pending months will be entered by

the user. In this case, sanction order number will be empty / unfilled.

2. The other family members who are entitled to get pension but not getting any pension, their

details as name, age, gender and eligible pension scheme can be entered in Survey detail

form against Unique Form Number. (Above Screen column 3)

� SECTION-II [IPPE BLOCKS]

IPPE - Demand Projection

Note: This option will get enabled only after Programme Officer declared that data entry for all

surveyed households have been completed for that Gram Panchayat or SECC data not available for

that Panchayat in NREGASoft. For this, a new option ‘Declaration of SECC-Data availability and Data

Entry status’ has been provided under ‘Mission Antyodaya (IPPE-II)’ section at PO Data Entry login.

The option ‘IPPE Demand projection’ can be accessible at Gram Panchayat/Programme Officer’s

Data Entry login (for IPPE Blocks only).

a) Vulnerable households

On selection of the option ‘Vulnerable households’ and GP & Village, all the vulnerable

households which are not surveyed but available in NREGASoft will be displayed. User can

select particular job card also by entering the Family-Id.

b) Village wise consolidated non-vulnerable households

On selection of ‘Village wise consolidated other households’ and ‘Entry’ option, the

consolidated number of non-vulnerable households which are not surveyed for the selected

Village will be displayed.

Labour Budget Data Entry Form for Non IPPE Blocks:

This option is available at PO and GP level data entry logins. After selecting financial year & Gram

Panchayat, user can enter the projected demand person days month wise cumulatively for the

selected GP.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR IPPE & NON-IPPE BLOCKS

� DEMAND PROJECTION:

o While making the entry of the demand projections (Person days) it must be ensured

that in case of IPPE blocks the demand projections are entered month-wise and for

the Non IPPE blocks the demand projections have to be entered cumulatively up to

the month. This is similar to what was done in the previous years.

� WORK PROJECTION:

o In addition to the Demand projections, details of the new works to be taken up will

be entered as was done in the previous years.
