What are Dashboards?

● Dashboards are multiple reports (charts/pivots/summary views) grouped in a single page

● Using such dashboards, you get a snapshot view of your key business data easily

● You can also add your own text and images to make it look nice and readable.

Step 1: Choosing the database● Login to Zoho Reports and select the

required Database● Select the 'New Dashboard' option

Step 2: Choosing the reports

● A drag-and-drop dashboard maker opens up● From the left panel, drag-and-drop the

reports that are to be part of the dashboard

Step 3: Single/Double Column Dashboards

● You can have single/double column layouts by using the Expand/Contract option. You see these options when you mouse over the report

● Other options to customize titles, description etc., are also provided

Step 4: Inserting Text & Images● Dashboards can be enhanced by adding text (headings), images

(logos) etc.● Clicking on 'Add Text' in Toolbar will bring an editor into which text,

images can be added

Sharing Dashboards● Like individual reports, Dashboards can also be shared

with users/groups. You can also "Publish" (embed in intranets, web apps, blogs etc) the Dashboards created

● Use the 'Share' & 'Publish' menu options for sharing and publishing respectively
