Daily /Server and VIP Host -Rebecca jean Catering-San Francisco- May 2015 I began this role as a server to start-up companies serving various daily meals prepared at our site in San Bruno. My job was to package and deliver the food on time and in shape to the various clients (mostly start up companies) based in financial district all day.

• After one month I was good enough to run my own site and then began to upsell to the client successfully converting them from a 3-day client to a 5-day client, which equaled more profit for the company.

• This was done with a gradual growth in client relations using the method that people buy from people first.

• I worked alongside a great team and manager and really enjoyed this job my first in catering.

• I was also seconded to work special events as either a host or captain and regularly worked long shifts.

• I was punctual and presentable every day, which was paramount in such a time sensitive environment.

• This was activated in Florida- High End Retail Locations in Miami, Tampa and the University of Miami and then nationwide.

• I was asked by Sennheiser to assist with their tour of Florida, which consisted of a live DJ set all day (set up and break down of the equipment each of the full DJ rig.

• The hours were 4 days on 4 days off for a month. • I also help select the live paint artist for the activation that also

worked out well. I also helped hire the sound equipment and saved the project over $10,000 in all.
