Daly and Associates : About Us Daly & Associates was founded on 1 April 2013. The firm is a continuation of its predecessor, Barnes & Daly. We are a specialised firm dedicated to work in the areas of administrative law, immigration law, refugee law, human rights law, international public law and family law. We are committed to upholding the cause of justice, human rights and the rule of law in Hong Kong. In order to remain true to the principles we hold onto, we will take on worthy cases on a pro bono basis.     Patricia Ho joined our firm in 2009 after obtaining her LLB from University

    College London and the PCLL in Hong Kong. She specialises in administrative

    law work, family law and has experience in human rights, asylum,

    immigration and public international law.
