    Spoke to Jim ( basecamp) and contact for harbor house. They have all flyers and forms and

    are ready to promote. Asked to share on fb page too. Sheri said they had shared, mailed

    tickets to them.

    Jessica, let Sheri know how Adult Barre class is going. Do we need to cancel it?

    Kimberly (407-709-6179) called, is enrolling her daughter in August and was wondering if she

    could do the summer program (daughter is 2, will be 3 in October) please call her and let

    her know if she can take summer program (says ages 3-5)

    Check back with Jordan about HH hair, parent asked. Jordan had questions for sheri about it.

    RESULT OF CALL=dancer has a fracture and cannot dance for approximately the rest of the

    month. Wanted to know Trishs rate for private lesson.

    I contacted Trish via telephone to get her rate and emailed Shannon back. Also I shared with

    Trish the conversation Sheri had with Shannon stressing the importance of Mya coming and

    watching class to observe and learn even if she cannot physically dance.

    We have the correct CDs so burn the following when Sheri gets the cut version:

    3)Sabrenas solo (In my arms; please put the edited song in the itunes solo/duos playlist)

    Sheri has to email to us

    4)back up cd for all solos, duos, trios

    Print list of song titles and place on front cover of back up cd case.

    As we get closer to picture week, someone needs to send out a reminder email to company

    to bring black dancewear to wear for company picture. They dont all have to be the same.

    Steph, I will write you a separate email re all the the wine soiree stuff going on.

    X-crew performance picture and co picture at same time. Co picture, they should wear white

    tee, jeans and jacket. Performance picture should be their costume.

    Debbie at Kidz Dance working on refund on Sheris tap shoes . Shes checking her records to

    see if we ordered in initial. I emailed her showing where they were in the original order, so

    she is checking her records.

    We are placing an ad to be put on a reusable grocery bag. It will have $20 off 2013 Fall

    registration. They will email a proof. We need to add website but right now not sure if we

    are going back to cc or net.

    Audition for Combo through Level 3 and Xcrew are May 11

    th

    10-1pm. Level 4-6 will beevaluated in class and placed.

    Requested music from Teachers. I started a playlist in Itunes for each show. Please place the

    song in the correct playlist. You can look up what show the number is in by going to the class

    and performance and costume management.

    Steph, when it is decided if we go back to xtremedance.net or cc, we need to change all the

    current registration forms and schedules.

    Sent out late notices to company for costumes due on 4/9. If they pay by this Saturday, we

    will only charge them one $15 late not $15 per costume which is policy.

    Can someone contact Jack DeCosta from Shear Bliss and Tara Huff from Bashful Bliss to

    donate to the Soiree? Im running out of time before I leave.

    There is half of an unstoppable costume behind the desk for Clingerman, still waiting on the

    skirt to ship. Dont give to her until both pieces are here.

    The date for Boys Dance camp has changed. Before putting out new forms, pleas change the

    date on form. Use whiteout and handwrite July15-18 in.

    I saw a cool trick at last competition. When we get lineup for Shostoppers, use the empty cd

    holders in the cabinent to put cds in order by room number, so when we deliver cds they are

    already on spool in the correct order.

    Please pass out the wine posters now to Vineyard, Panera, and maybe coffee house?

    There is a document under RECITAL13 Folder called 2012-2013SHOW ORDER LARGE PRINT. I

    need anyone and everyone to work on it please while I am gone. It is the lineup and program

    for recital. All the name are cut and pasted in there but it needs to be made pretty. I did

    show 2 already, but 1 and 2 need to be done. Please do this during down time as this needs

    to be posted picture week and I wont be back until Picture week so I wont get a chance to

    look at it. Please also double check that Company girls will have time to change fromOpening into their first number. I think I may have seen one issue with that. Also, check for

    duplicate names on the costumes that had two pieces. That is the way studio director printed

    by how you ordered the costume.

    Please send out an email about Ballet conditioning class in the back (Sheri is going to pull

    ballet barres out back in the alley) on May 1 , Level 5/6, 4-5:30pm. Dont send until next

    week otherwise they will forget.

    Please call Debbies Dance Boutique and see if she can either drop off or mail to us? I called

    and Jennifer is going to pay over the phone and then she will drop off the earrings here onTuesday. Jb

    Please write on my costume spreadsheet (in my drawer) what costumes are received and

    come in while I am gone.

    Cleaned up the desktop. If it was a file that pertained to NN, recital, summer, etc I copied it

    to that folder.

    There are classes picture week on Fri and Sat

    Worked on show order sheet for recital. If anyone has time to put names in alphabeticalorder that would be great.

    Please change dates on summer forms for boys camp that are printed. done

    On wine ticket sales we need to denote how they are paying so we can keep that money

    separate. Also, there is an envelope in the cash box for checks that are for wine soiree.
