This product can only be applied to piezoelectric-type parts feeders.
Do not use this product in a place exposed to explosive or flammable materials.
Otherwise, there is a risk of fire or explosion.
Do not use this product in dusty or humid places.
This is neither a waterproof nor dust-proof product. Especially, an extra dust-protection
measure is required in a place exposed to large amounts of metallic dust.
Do not turn on and off the input power switch frequently.
Otherwise, unexpected troubles may occur due to rapid heat deterioration of the internal
electronic components.
In particular, never use an electronic relay for switching the input power of this
product for the purpose of controlling on/off operations of the parts feeder (the EXTON
terminal must be used for controlling external signals).
Do not perform on/off operations on the output side .
No electronic relay should be used to operate or shutdown the driving parts on the output
side in order to avoid any damage to the controller (the EXTON terminal must be used for
controlling external signals) .
Do not apply welding processing work to the feeder when the driving parts are connected
with the controller.
The current leaking from welding work may damage the controller.
Do not use the output of a PWM inverter as input power for this product.
This may damage the product.
The input and output power must remain within the range of the rated current and voltage.
Do not disassemble, repair, or alter the product in an inappropriate manner.
This may damage the product or cause malfunction.
Wiring work should be performed after disconnecting the power supply.
Otherwise, the product may be damaged or the operator may be exposed to the risk of an
electric shock.
The grounding terminal of the input and output power must be grounded.
This reduces electrical noise and the risk of an electric shock in the event of a short
circuit.

1.Be sure to disconnect the input power prior to removing the cover.
2.The grounds (FG: frame ground) of the input and output power terminals must be grounded in
order to prevent electric shocks or to guarantee stable operation.
Stable operation of constant amplitude/auto tuning functions -- especially, triggered by the
feedback sensor (vibration sensor)--will not be guaranteed, if the grounds are not grounded.
3.Operation must be performed with the cover closed.
The connecting procedure for the connector is as follows:
Input and output power, including other necessary accessory devices, should be connected
with the product in reference to the figure below.
The setting of the overflow sensor (NPN/PNP) should be performed after opening the cover on
the right side.
This product can be used without any mechanical or electrical settings regarding the input
power as it supports a wide range of operating voltages (100V ~ 240V AC).

8.Locking status display LED.Light is turned on: displays locking status (refer
to the LOCK Key).No value can be changed in this mode (however, retrieval is possible).
.Light is flashing: Only the voltage is adjustable.
.Light is turned off: the device is unlocked.
2.STOP/LOCK Key.STOP: Briefly pressing the key suspend
the present operation..LOCK: Setting is enabled or disabled
whenever the key is pressed for afew seconds (refer the Lock LED).
.Initialization: Turning the power on withthe key pressed will reset thevoltage, frequency, and parametersettings.
1.RUN/TUNE Key.RUN: Operation starts when the key is
briefly pressedNo operation is performed when anerror occurs
.TUNE: Auto Tuning is activated when thekey is pressed for a few seconds.(Only available when connected witha FB Sensor)
3.Memory Key1/Memory Key2.Write:The storage address of the key
flashes, while displaying "SAvE-0x"when the key is pressed for a fewseconds. At this point, the current frequency, voltage, and parameter will be storedat the address if the SET key ispressed after designating the addresswith the setting encoder.
.Read :The storage address of the keyflashes, while displaying "LoAd-0x"when the key is briefly pressed. At this point, the current frequency, voltage, and parameter will be storedat the address if the SET key ispressed after designating the addresswith the setting encoder.
*The number of addresses is five (1 ~ 5).
10.Data display window (7-SEG display).Frequencies, voltages, parameters, error codes and the like are displayedas numbers and characters.
13.Parameter setting key.Pressing the key activates theparameter setting mode, changingparameters whenever the key is pressed..Voltage/Frequency mode will berestored if there is no input for acertain period of time.
14.SET/VF/FBK Key.SET:Pressing the key in the parameter
setting mode will return thecurrently displayed value to thedefault value.
.V/F:Briefly pressing the key willrepeatedly switch the voltageDisplay/Frequency Display mode andVoltage/Frequency mode.
.FBK:The constant amplitude operatingfunction is enabled and disabledwhenever the button is pressed for afew seconds(This is only enabled when connectedwith the FB sensor)
