Aviation Maintenance Tech Director (Production Control Manager/Logistics Supervisor), Ft. Campbell, KY/Bagram, Afghanistan 2008 - 2010Led a diverse 410 personnel aviation maintenance/sustainment task force comprised of 28 specialty fields focused on providing multiple levels of maintenance, equipment fielding, life cycle updates, and logistics augmentation in support of 112 aircraft flying over 120,000 combat flight hours flown in support of U.S. and Coalition Forces in Afghanistan with safety emphasized at all times. Managed the $36 million annual combat aviation logistics and maintenance budget.

Improved the AH-64D Apache attack helicopter phase maintenance process from the Army standard maintenance timeline of 30 days to18 days during the year long Afghanistan deployment applying Lean Six Sigma concepts and supervising 75 maintenance personnel.

Coordinated the depot level repairs of 5 heavily damaged AH-64D and OH-58D aircraft in Afghanistan, saving the Army $4 million in transportation cost, material resources and downtime.

Planned and executed the deployment of 150,000 pieces of equipment valued at over $25 million for a maintenance organization in support of military operations in Afghanistan.

Aviation Maintenance Director, (Logistics Supervisor), Ft. Campbell, KY 2006 - 2008 Change and establishing agent for continuous system improvement, provided operational expertise for the first implementation of Unit Level Logistics System Aviation Enhanced (ULLS-A-E) enterprise earmarked to replace the legacy automated logistics system. Established the logistics supply department and evaluated the effectiveness of logistic policies and procedures based on goal fulfillment, quality/quantity standards, force modernization, and lessons learned.

Recruited to build up and establish the logistics supply system infrastructure for the newly formed attack aviation unit/battalion to support 24 OH-58D helicopters valued at $288 million dollars.
