LEAVE ADMINISTRATION
Performing daily roll call of members present and updating duty.
Issuing of leave, leave credits and receiving leave forms from officials and
advising officials about leave.
Compiling and administration of duty list.
Updating the Z168 registrar.
Updating leave on G102.
Capturing of leave on Persal.
Confirming employment general office administration, compiling and
updating standby list.
Doing leave audits and monthly returns.
Write correspondence to communicate with other management areas,
regional office and head office and give feedback when necessary.
Calculating leave discount.
ADMINISTRATION OF S&T CLAIMS
Assist members in compiling of S&T claim forms.
Ensure that all S&T claim forms are submitted for administration within
seven working days from the last day of the trip.
Ensure that the S&T claims are recorded in S&T register and doing
monthly returns.
Ensuring that S&T claims are captured within ten working days from the
date of the trip.
Ensure that the official information is captured correctly and that the
official signs the S&T claim.
Processing of telephone deductions of members.
ADMINISTRATION OF TRANSFERS
Post establishment.
Ensuring that all application for transfers are fully completed.
Ensuring that all transfers are communicated to AC office as well as RC
office.
Submitting transfer application to HR administration, Corporate Services
and Area Commissioner for local approval.
Ad hiring to transfer policy and new instruction from the department.
Keeping reason of applicant transfer of employee confidential.
Issue route order to an applicant when the transfer is finalized.
TERMINATIONS
Reporting termination to RC.
Terminate members that resigned/retired/deceased and capture on
Persal.
Compile monthly returns Z238 for pro-rata and leave gratuity.
Ensure that all termination forms for different terminations are filled
correctly.
Requesting pension benefits by preparing withdrawal form for all type of
termination and ensure that all relevant documents are attached.
Handle inter-departmental transfers to ensure correct pensionable service.
Provide advice to officials/ex-officials and their dependants regarding
GEPF benefits they are entitled to as officials and their dependants on
completion and submission of documents.
Ensure correct filling and record keeping on termination registrar.
Doing monthly estimations G224 and forwarding them to regional office.

Processing of pay progression for qualifying members.
Awarding of annual performance bonus for members.
Processing of long service awards.
Processing payments for periodical workers.

Archives and disposal authority management and referencing of records.
