o Preparation and editing of monthly investment commentary that was sent out to clients

Financial Adviser duties included:

o Para-planner duties as well as;

o Preparation and delivery of presentations to clients and prospective clients

o Meeting with clients and prospective clients to discuss their financial situation and to prepare an

o Working with the admin officer to ensure all client documents were correctly filed and easily accessible

when required

o Working with our compliance officer to ensure absolute compliance at all times, while maintaining client

confidentiality

While at AJM I put in place a number of initiatives such as:

local and global investment and economic news.

Streamlined internal document organisation, simplifying user access and improving general administrative

efficiency.

Moved the digital client documentation from offline to ‘the cloud’, initially using Dropbox before moving to

Google Drive. Moving client documentation to the cloud allowed us to access required information and

documentation from outside of the office or on another device while still ensuring the safety and

confidentiality of client information.

Improved the look and feel of client Investment Reports, as well as the Financial Needs Analysis report.

Prepared an Excel spreadsheet that allowed for individual client share portfolio analysis each month, after

receiving client statements from the stock broker. The analysis included changes in composition of the
