Post Office Limited – April 2014 to present dayField manager Manage approximately 35 – 40 Post Offices who require their current contract format to be changed to the new government strategy. A government project called network transformation, placing old unprofitable offices into vibrant sustainable retailers or revamping and streamlining current post offices on site. Achieved year end targets for 2014/15 and 2015/2016. Graded 3 good performance

Holland & Barrett Health Foods– August 2013 to April 2014Store Manager Responsible for the day to day business of this very busy city centre health store. Managed a small team of 4 key time and one full time member of staff. Achieved 97% from 63% as a customer experience score in my first six months.
