Client : Ministry of Interior
Main activities and responsibilities:
Assist with reporting and investigation of accidents, incidents and near misses and ensure that all accidents and incidents and near misses are reported.
Career objective:
Ensure that safety notices and safety information is posted in prominent positions.
Ensuring that safety plan is applicable for all employees.
Assist supervisors during job safety analysis and propose prevention measures.
Ensure HSE requirements implementation all over the jobsite.
Conduct all checklist reports (fire extinguisher checklists, site checklist, heavy machines like cranes, forklifts, soil compactors checklist etc).
Familiar with the safety standards and codes.
Inspect and monitor the place of work on continuous basis ensuring that all procedures, safe working practices, authorization system or permit to work systems are being carried out properly.

Review of materials test certificates as per codes , standards and client specification
Monthly and weekly planning of job & resources requirements, follow up with
materials coordinator for materials.

1. My HSE responsibilities:
Develops a competent and motivated HSE Organization.
Assists the Managers, Product Line Operations Managers and Support Functions in:
Reducing accidents year to year towards the ultimate goal of Zero accidents.
Assessing risks.
Preparing the HSE plans required to ensure optimum minimization of the above and compliance to HSE policies, standards and procedures, whether generic or Segment specific.
Conducting management review meetings to assess the effectiveness of the HSE Management System and identify required improvements.
