Most of these projects were designed and managed in the supervision of reputed international designers and consultants.I was responsible to establish and maintain good client relations ensuring direct management and administration of all field operations of construction site. Act professional and with due diligence at all times to fully implement the established quality procedures for timely completion of executed projects.

Following is the brief work history and work responsibilities both at construction site and office in the capacity of Construction Manager:

As a Construction Manager I was whole in charge for all construction site activities includes but not limit all equipments, materials etc were used in construction and coordinate with engineering department to update the

designs & confirming the site construction are progressing as per requirement. Coordinating with subordinates and ensuring the construction is in quality & schedule. Most of these projects were designed and managed in the supervision of reputed international designers and consultants.

The field construction operations includes the overall supervision and construction of projects and quality control all field operations of Civil Structural and Architectural including steel building works, interior and exterior finishing works, estimating and scheduling, over all supervision of related works such as, electrical, Telecommunication, HVAC, plumbing works, high pressured oil pipe line works, compressor lines, fire fighting system, PA system etc and all maintenance works for industrial and commercial buildings etc.

The office operations includes assisting planning, designing and preparing schedules, cost analysis, field operations with sub contractors and suppliers of various trades and coordination with consultants and clients etc.

In addition for HSE, I had to confirm the implementation of the safety accountability programs such ensuring subordinates safety performance and accountability and compliance to the safety program, communicate safety requirement to subordinates, taking part in activities that emphasize the commitment to the project safety program, review and respond to safety assessment, Monitoring tool box, Participate safety assessment, safety audit, incident investigation, Enforce the disciplinary program, Ensuring all employees receive required training etc.
