At Sled Shields, we are Harley Davidson riders designing, manufacturing and marketing custom etched windshields for Harley Davidson riders. Our windshields are made in the USA, with American materials, by Americans, for Americans!

Our proprietary process utilizes a wide variety of Military and patriotic themed artwork, which is embossed into the backside of the high quality Lexan polycarbonate windshields. The end result is a very unique and very custom “frosted” subtle and eye-catching design embossed into the windshield. Having the design embossed into the backside prevents bugs, dirt and road grime from getting into the artwork. The Lexan polycarbonate is the same material used by every motorcycle OEM manufacturer, because of its strength, flexibility and shatter resistance. Sled Shield windshields are also treated with an abrasion resistant coating on both sides, for additional long lasting durability.

Sled Shields utilizes a wide variety of patriotic and Military artwork designs, as well as a vast array of religious, humorous, corporate and miscellaneous designs. We also have the ability to make custom, one-off designs utilizing your own artwork.
