status. Love 'Em or Lose 'Em provides 26 practical

strategies (A-Z) that any manager can easily implement.

Ideas in this book have been delivered to managers

from large and small companies worldwide.

Their companion book, Love It, Don't Leave It: 26

Ways to Get What You Want at Work (Berrett-Koehler,

2003) suggests that employee engagement is also the

responsibility of the individual contributor. In the same

A-Z format, it offers practical tips and actions to find

more satisfaction right where they are.

These books serve as the foundation for Career

Systems International's highly successful practice in

career development, employee engagement and

retention.

Learn Like a Leader (Nicholas Brealey Publishing),

edited by Dr. Kaye, is a collection of essays from top

leadership experts. It offers rich lessons on learning to

lead, overcoming setbacks, remaining open to change,

mentoring, developing self-awareness and more. The

Many Facets of Leadership was also edited by Dr. Kaye,

and addresses leadership challenges as shared by some

top thought leaders. Designing Career Development

Systems (Jossey-Bass) was another classic book co-

authored by Dr. Kaye.
