Climate Change to Force Mass Migration, Study Warns

We are all familiar with the impact on destructive weather in different parts of the world. This article explains that the real destruction will occur with climate change. Many nations will experience flooding greater than ever experienced in the past. This flooding will cause massive destruction on levels never experienced before. Migration therefore will be the only option for millions impacted. The international community is not prepared for this future calamity.

Texas, here we come Texas is a state where people migrating to.

Many more people migrate to Texas than out of Texas. People from high tax areas such as the North East and the West Coast are migrating to Texas. The reason for the migration is low taxes in Texas. High income earners from New York or California can earn up 11% more money in Texas than their home state – simply because Texas has no income tax.

Migration CartoonThe cartoonist believes that the famous phrase “land of the free” no longer applies to everybody – only those who have already entered the United States. As opposed to the past, when everyone was welcomed to the United States “land of the free.”
