Leigh Standley is the artist, writer and owner of Curly Girl Design, Inc. In its fourteen years, Curly Girl Design and Leigh’s line of clever and colorful greeting cards and art have taken the industry by delightful storm. Focused on the magic of small moments, her product peeks into the corners of life and taps into the hearts of all. Founded in 2002, the company began with just 12 greeting cards and has grown steadily to include all types of gift, stationery and home decor. Curly Girl Design products are distributed all over the world. Leigh earned a BFA from the University of Kansas School of Design, holds two Louie awards for greeting card excellence and has been a nominee for five others.Originally from the midwest, Leigh makes her home in Boston with her husband, twin two-year-olds and her favorite mutt, Lucy.She believes firmly in the power of creativity andcommunity to unlock our truest selves and is proudly“living imperfectly with great delight.”

ORDERS & PAYMENTS:Minimum opening order: $250; Reorder minimum: $100. Payment must be made by American Express, MasterCard, Visa or Discover. Cards will not be charged until order is shipped.

Net-30 terms will be considered only for stores that have excellent credit history and are able to provide references. No orders for accounts with a previous balance due will be shipped until balance is paid.

A $25 fee will be charged for returned checks.

Orders are valid unless cancelled in writing within 10 days of being placed. Merchandise already started in production is the customer’s financial responsibility.

All quantities are firm and adjustments will be made.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:Defective items will be exchanged for product or credit will be issued. Damages, defective merchandise or discrepancies must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Returned or denied packages will be charged full shipping and handling plus any additional charges incurred. All returns must receive prior authorization from Curly Girl Design, Inc., and must include our return authori-zation form. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from any resulting credits.

PRICINGNo retail cost should be marked less than 10% below keystone the wholesale price.

THIRD-PARTY ONLINE SELLERSCurly Girl Design, Inc., products may not be sold on third-party websites, such as Amazon, EBay, Overstock, Sears, Wal-Mart, etc. We will not fill orders for accounts that violate this policy.

CANVASES:Our wall canvases are all made to order, hand finished and signed by Leigh. This takes time and love. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Canvases will always ship separately from the rest of the order. Because of the custom nature of the product, canvases must be pre-paid and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged. Damages must be reported within 5 days of receipt.

SHIPPING:All orders ship UPS unless otherwise requested. Shipping is based on the weight and size of the order. F.O.B. is Billerica, MA. A 3% handling fee will apply to 3rd party shipper numbers.

OTHER:Curly Girl Design products come poly-sleeved all cozy with their envelopes for their comfort and protection (no un-sleeving) and are not pre-priced. Cards are blank on the inside.

ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY:Curly Girl Design cards are printed domestically on recycled paper with soy-based inks.
