Option to earn 100% of the Santa Elena project• 1,287.5 ha located in the province of Antioquia, 120km north east of

Medellin• Historical TEM survey conducted by Noranda in 1997 identified a

significant high conductive anomaly extending 900m long by 500m wide• Mineralized outcrops extend approximately 10 to 15m high by 10m wide

over 70m in length (TEM1)• Excellent infrastructure, power, water, and paved road to site• 25,000 m exploration diamond drill program started in July 2011– Four DD rigs on site drilling HQ core (rigs 3 and 4 arrived in January 2012)– 42 holes completed to date with over 8,000 m drilled– 18 drill holes with mineralization have returned excellent results:

• SE-DDH-5: 40 metres of 2.8% Cu and 1% Zn including 10 metres of 5.32% Cu• SE-DDH-39: 102.9 metres of 1.44% Cu including 14 metres at 2.9% Cu

Santa ElenaConcessions

March 2012

• The Santa Elena project is containedin 2 mining concessions totalling1,287.5 ha

• Historical TEM survey conducted byNoranda identified a significant highconductive anomaly extending 900mlong by 500m wide

• The mineralization is primarilycomposed of chalcopyrite, pyrrhotite, and pyrite

• The Santa Elena project has beenclassified as a Beshi-Type VMSdeposit based on geological andgeochemical characteristics.

Historical TEM Survey

14www.CuOroResources.comMarch 2012

• Transient ElectromagneticSurvey identifies conductivetargets such polymetallic andmassive sulphide bodies.

Page 15: CuOro Corporate Presentation - March 2012

• IP detects the disseminated/stringer zones which constitutethe footwall.

• It will identify the lower-gradeparts of the system, but doesnot detect the massive sulfides.

• The Drilling Program for SantaElena during 2012 willsystematically test the strikelength of the IP, and TEM 1 andTEM 2 anomalies, initially at 100meter centers.

• Down-hole EM surveys will beconducted on each hole todetermine the strike direction andcontinuity of the massive sulphidemineralization.

• We have completed 42 drill holesand 8,000m of drilling to date ofour 25,000m program

Priority Target Area

SEDDH - 25

Technical note by James Franklin

• Given the abundance of stringer mineralization inTEM 1 and TEM 2 and the SEDDH-025, and therelatively weak Na depletion to the north (holesSEDDH 11,13,15 17 and 19), the best sulfides may beto the south of SEDDH-25.

• In addition to the high priority target area south ofSEDDH-25 both TEM 1 and TEM2 are significant VMSoccurrences.

• It is reasonable to expect that the Santa Elena districtwill contain several deposits, with one giant deposits(greater than 30 million tonnes) and one or two mid-sized deposits (10-15 million tonnes) and severalsmaller deposits (3-5 million tonnes each).

Option to earn 100% of the Barranco de Loba project• The Barranco de Loba Project (Barranco) is located approximately 35 kilometers

due south of the town of Barranco de Loba in Sur de Bolivar, Colombia.• Barranco comprises one mining concession (IEV-16061), having a total area of

3,976 hectares.• Early staged project– Surrounds the Gloria mine with 2,000 artesian miners

• We have identified a gold geochemical anomaly that continues over 5 km• Sample results of some of the underground workings returned assay values up to

87.5 g/t gold– Talide 2 vein at 87.5g/t Au– Jerez 3 vein at 21.5 g/ Au– Las Aguacate 2 vein at 19.0 g/t Au– Nuvia vein at 17.3 g/t Au– Saballanes 3 vein at 12.9 g/t Au– Saballanes 1 vein at 6.7 g/t Au
