A lady lawyer’s fight against a modern evil in the present society. A fight to

get justice to rape victims. An effort to bring back rape victims into their

normal life.

An international lady lawyer from Singapore, who frequently visiting India

become so close with a girl who used to assist her. She is a self-made girl.

This girl cruelly raped by a gang and she suicide after two days. This is a

shock to the lawyer. She tried to find out how it happened, who did this

inhuman act to her beloved friend. Lawyer can’t reach anywhere. She is

clue less and she realizes that, case is charged as just a suicide.

This incident brings the lawyer into the evils happening in present day India

towards women. Especially series of rapes. She gradually gets involved in

the fight against this. Once she is in, she is facing hurdles, which she never

thought. Victims are the first barrier. Mostly they are not ready to depose the

incident. It is even a secret in their family. Then the authorities. Then a

delayed judicial system.

Lawyer decided to make an end to this pathetic situation of Indian women.

She began her fight to get few things. A fast track court for do these trials which

should deliver a verdict within three months. And offenders should get death

penalty or an imprisonment until death. Once she began this crusade, she faces

opposition from all corners. She is singled out first because, she is a foreigner.

Offenders are from local high connected criminals to God men and Ministers. She

sought help from other activists in the country. She unites them and bring them

under one umbrella and this movement become a national event.

During all these. We are seeing how difficult is the life of a rape victim, even she is

from a higher background. How different is the approach of the whole system

towards this kind of heinous crime!. Lawyer get death threatening. And she herself

targeted by gangs. And rape attempts.

All through these difficulties she become a saviour for all these victims. And she

brings the new laws, which will not be came into effect if she is not done all these

fights. She is a saviour.
