Our taxi services are typically for short distances around Lesotho. Long distance taxi services are also available to clients upon request and Clients pay cash. Taxi Rental service which is designed in such a way that vehicles are rented to customers requiring the service for a prolonged period.

The taxi division will consist of the fleet of taxis, driver owned and company owned, and administration. The management of all daily operation within CTS will be handled in this division. Mr. Jonathan Molopo the founder & CEO will be responsible for the purchase of vehicle and dealing with vendors and suppliers. Supervisors, dispatchers, an office manager, a data entry clerk, and an employee responsible for accounts receivables/payables will be the other people in our team.

CTS was found in 2016 in Maseru, Lesotho by Mr. Jonathan Molopo. The Company is Lesotho C-Corporation under the name CROSSOVER TRANSPORT SERVICES.
Company strategy
CTS strategy is to saturate the market with television ads depicting the company as a premier taxi service.
CTS will dominate the market because no other company has this unique feature. The company’s strategy is to build reputation and market share in our target market by establishing our business offering as a viable alternative to existing taxi services. The company recognizes that it is subject to both markets. The company’s view of its risks, as well as how each is being addressed, is as follows:
Lock out in industry for new taxi companies. CTS is aware that this is an extremely difficult industry to get into. To mitigate this risk, CTS has established an Alliance with the leading taxi company at Maseru area.

It is the personal responsibility of each Manager (Supervisor; Foreman; Lead Hand/Mechanic) to ensure:

To achieve maximum productivity without incidents, it is the personal responsibility of each manager, regardless of level, to ensure that employees and/or contractors under their direction have received adequate orientation and training in proper work procedures and that they are followed. It is the further responsibility of each manager to ensure that all related regulations are enforced.Each employee and/or contractor is responsible for using proper work procedures at all times and to observe all related regulations. Furthermore, each employee and/or contractor is responsible for supporting and assisting the Safety Program towards achieving the “SAFELY HOME” goal.

Acquiring Insurance
CTS will have to acquire extensive insurance to cover all aspects of operations, but will be faced with high rates. To lessen the risk, CTS plans to use the relationship with other transportation, Inc. to run under their insurance companies, Alliance Insurance, this offers lower rates. This will also bring leverage in negotiating with transportation, Inc.
Adequate facility.
CTS realize that it is difficult to locate a facility with the space required for all operations. CTS has found a facility with ample space for all operations. There is enough room to set up repair facilities, and there is adjacent space to store vehicles.
