Founded - 2001 Founder - Future Group Headquarters - Mumbai, Maharashtra, India Products - Hypermarket Central is retail hypermarket chain operated by Future Retail Limited, the operating company of Future Group which also runs another popular hypermarket chain. Central has outlets in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Cochin, Hyderabad, Pune, Mangalore, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Vadodara, Gurgaon, Indore, Nagpur, Patna, Jaipur, Surat, Visakhapatnam . It has a clothes and food chain with 3 Amigos, Slambay, Baskin Robbins among many others and has three main restaurants like Bombay Blues and Copper Chimney. INTRODUCTION

- 5. Observation He was in a well uniform and he gave me a warm welcome as I expected. There was very expensive product. First of all we enter into the mall & the environment of that mall was very fresh & active. The customer service of the at mall shops was very good & vast . They know that now to attract customer very softly.
- 6. There was no restaurant or a coffee shop. There is lots of product available in central mall. All Employees are in smile face. There are tester of perfume & Cosmetic. Their shop are very clean,there are no dust in any shops .
- 7. Only branded product are available mall with high cost & expensive. NEED FOR COMFORT 1 . Air conditioned 2 . Music system 3 . Light is good 4 . Lifts & Escalator available at mall. 5 . ALL FACILITY AVAILABLE IN MALL
- 8. Suggestion In cosmetic department there was no grooming room fore there Employees they do grooming in front of the customers. The employees are not good listener I think they improve their communication need for comfort. There are only checking facility for boys not for girls why? I think checking facility compulsory for all.
