These points can typically be exchanged for products the merchant has on offer. With Creel, the loyalty point pprogram can let the consumer exchange these points for other digital currencies of e.g. their favourite games.

How does this work nancially for the loyalty programs?

The loyalty program and all other merchants have given a value to their points and digital currencies.

The spending merchant, e.g. the game of a developer, rreceives money for the loyalty points exchanged into the game currency. This is done via an invoice to Creel for the value of the currency or item, and consequently Creel invoice the loyalty program owner, where the digital assets are coming from.

Creel take a commision on the actual transaction between Creel and the game developer.

How will the consumers become engaged using Creel?

By using Creel, consumers will engage with each other through exchanging digital assets. It‘s also possible to send digital assets to other Creel users or even outside of Creel via email or social media.

All these built-in functionalities promote engagement.

AAre there any ways to utilise Creel as a promotion tool?

Yes. Creel allow the merchants to promote products, as well as advertise to Creel users. The merchant then decides in the Creel system how much of the merchant‘s digital currency can be used to fulll an exchange.

Additionally, the user can earn Creel currency through aactivity in his wallet (offer wall) – anytime, which can be exchanged again for the digital asset desired. Invoicing is done as shown above with a loyalty point program.
