Who We Are

– 15 years experience of eInclusion and eAccessibility EC projects
– 2 running AAL projects (STIMULATE and ASSAM)– Vibration vest (TNO, Sense Company) for hearing
impaired young people on the dance floor.– Heart Beat, a care person proximity sensor for a deaf
and blind person.– TACT, a vibration based game and communication
device for deaf & blind children.– Kindergebaren, interactive learning material to learn
sign language for pre lingual children with and without a hearing impairment.

Project Idea

– Strong focus on user-centered innovation– Offer strong applied research methodologies for
requirements gathering, testing and evaluation– Special focus on longitudinal methods and gathering
requirements in projects with hi tech interfaces, devices or services for lo tech people
– We connect research, design & development specialists with the real users in real user situations.
– We see the user as a person and a co-designer and not as a group
Looking for
AAL JP Call 6 Central InfoDay – Brussels, 6 February 2013
– Interested in participating in Call 6 proposals as co-ordinator or as a partner
– Preparing a proposal on ‘new working methods’ with a focus on public sector employees and on supporting transitional work-related events
– Also interested in speaking to consortia who require interface design (especially audio based) or who require game-design based implementations
