PROJECT:1• Project goal… To recognize “contributor qualities” in action , and understand why contributors are valued so much in the work place.

PRO. SMITA B. JOSHI

1)Pro. Smita joshi had faced sever accident when she was a student like us and doctor said to her that she will never able to write and she had also some problems of stammering.

But despite of all these difficulties she didn’t give up. She did great amount of hard work to improve her writing again and she also decided to learn Sanskrit to improve her speech.

Only in the age she has given us the great example of courage and huge amount of strength of mind .

From her example we can see that if we decide to do something we can definitely do and we can change our destiny.

2)Pro. Smita joshi was very poor in study she was below average student in 10th she got about 50-60 percentage but she was interested in renewable energy sources so he asked her father that which field would be best. Her father suggested her that she should take physics .she took physics and worked very hard she got M.Phil. and currently she is doing her Ph.D.

Teachers are the greatest contributors among all professionals. Because pro. joshi was not so good in study she knew what kind of difficulties are being faced by the weak students. She took teaching field and now she in contributing to the society by creating enthusiastic minds.

Pro. Joshi believes that if you give students your best then best from the students will come. She is not interested in completing the syllabus bus also wants that her students should have knowledge of other important things.

3)Pro. Smita joshi doesn’t want that her students to be only loyal to books!!!but she also takes care about all around development of the students. Last week she told us about “ANAND DHAM”, a old age near mahadev mandir in nadiad road. She suggested us that we should go their and spend some time with them.

• So our whole class went to “ANAND DHAM” and spent some time their we really feel touched and blessed as we walked out from their after around one and half hour. We thank her that she has given us that suggestion and we went here.

• By this example we can see that she just gave us a example of a great contributor of society. This is the most essential thing in whole student life. She taught us to be loyal with the society in which we are living. She is still serving GCET with the same amount of enthusiasm and we feel enlightened that we are trained under her guidance.

PRO.SNEHAL POPLI

1) Pro. Popli was very bright student. After completing her 12th she wanted to go in the field of chemical engineering but because of some problem of family restriction she didn’t get any chance to do so.so she got admission in maharaja sayyajirav university Baroda in civil engineering.

She did accept the reality and decided to work hard in her profession. After completing her bachelors she did her master in M.S university. After completing her masters she decided to take teaching field. Because she believe that teaching is the best profession.

• At that time girls were not allowed to study so frequently. Despite of all the restrictions she completed her B.E. in Civil engineering and M.E. in Environmental engineering.• This shows how she accepted challenges and faced them

with all her courage.

• Thus we can get to know the dynamic personality of Pro.Snehal Popli.
