Franchisee will sell and supply these products only within his specified area and not beyond it. Yet he is expected to not to leave any corner of the area left un-marketed.

Franchise will be responsible for all marketing and promotional efforts and any sort of credit in market.

Franchisee will abide by the rules, regulations and policies framed time to time by company and any violation thereof may lead to cancellation of this agreement.

Franchisee will get discount at following ratio:15% on MRP is T.P and Extra Market promotional gifting policy will be 20% on T.P. T.P + 20% = Net Sale Price (NSP) i- At G.P Group 45% at NSP, in total (including: 15% marketing, 10% distribution, 10% promotional gifting, 5% cash investment and 5% sampling & literature provision.

FRANCHISE POLICY

ii- At Royal Group 55% at NSP, in total(including 10% extra incentive more than of G.P group)iii- No initial target is set but franchisee will ensure minimum purchase of 50000 p/m, failing that a 5% cut will be levied on invoice. Yet 50000 P/M purchase target must be achieved within 6 months.
