Corporate Membership/Training Package for Ariba:

1. Employee Golf Induction Program:

This is a 24 Session Package that includes:

Session 1 & 2 : Pre-Swing and Swing Fundamentals

Session 3, 4 & 5: ChippingSession 6, 7 & 8 : Putting and Introduction to Golf & its requirements

Session 9 & 10: Pitching

Session 11, 12 & 13 : Swing with Woods and Golf Etiquette

Session 14 & 15: Bunker Play

Session 16, 17 & 18 : Swing with 5 & 6 Iron and Woods

Session 19 : Re-visit Swing with Irons and ChippingSession 20 : Re-visit Swing with woods and Rules of Golf

Session 21 : Introduction to Golf Course on course play 5 to 9 holes

Session 22 : Short Game Session

Session 23 & 24 : Follow up on any specific weakness the Student and Facultyshall decide

The package will be offered for a Fee of Rs 13,500 per employee subject to Ariba Technologies availing the Corporate Membership.

Additional Privileges:

a. The employees will get a 10% discount on all merchandise andequipments purchased at the Proshop.

b. Golf Club and Balls will be provided during their lesson, free of cost(Students have to make their own arrangement for Collared T-Shirts, Gloves and

Shoes)

2. Senior Management Privilege Plan (Corporate Membership) Limitedto 20 playing Golfers

a. Senior Management of the company will be invited for Corporate Clinics andNetworking Events. This can either be a special clinic exclusively for Ariba orinvitation to participate in Touch planned Corporate Clinics.

b. 10% discount will be offered to Key management staff of Ariba for PeterMurphy Clinics

c. 20% Discount on Motion Golf 3Dimentional Swing Analysis

d. 20% Discount on Customized Club Fitting Analysis

e. 10% Discount on all merchandise and equipments purchased at theProshop

f. Facilitate in providing Time Sheet for on course play at the Bangalore Golf Club, subject to payment of applicable Green Fees to the BGC.

g. Free access to Academy practice range

The above package is offered for an annual fee of Rs 3 Lakhs

3. Corporate Events/Monday Outings for Ariba: (Specific pricing detailscan be worked out based on requirements)

4. Annual Day Golf Tournament: We will host a one-day Golf event foryour annual day, specific to your employees and/or guests. The pricing

of which can be worked out based on the requirements.
