Packet Engines is a High-Tech Design Manufacturing company that has gone through 2 mergers inthe past 3 years. Packet Engines is in great need of a new Corporate Identity to reintroduce itselfto its past, current and future customers.

Need #1: Cutting edge Corporate Identity materials that will reintroduce Packet Engines undertheir newly merged presence.

Need #2: Develop the ability to track Corporate Identity Campaign effectiveness.

Need #3: Expand the current customer base an d increase market share by increasing publi ckno wledge of the new Packet Engines.

The Opportunity…

Packet Engines has a unique opportunity to use custom designed Corporate Identity materials topromote how the newly merged Packet En gines is a stronger and technologically advan cedcompany.

Goal #1: Drive new and repeat busin ess to the website for the latest in technology updatesand to the Brick and Mortar location for a tour of the Headquarters.

Recommendation #1: Gekko Creations will create a multimedia Corporate Identity for PacketEngines.

Minimum Term of this contract:

This contract is for the afore mentioned Corporate Identity Campaign and shall be for a period of no lesstha n 12 calendar months and no longer than 15 calendar mo nths. After the initial term of this contract,services wi ll be pr ovided on a continuing monthly basis at the current rate schedule. Current rates aredisclosed no less than 30 days prior to the end of the initial term of this contract. If a new contract for aperiod of 12 or more months is sign ed, the rates will be locked in at the current rate at the time of signing.Ther e are no pre-payment penalties.

In the event of cancellation for any reason:

90 days notice is required by either party. Cancellation of contract prior to the end of the initial term willrequire payment for all contracted services due to the end of the contract p eri od or for 90 days whichever islonger.

Late Payment fees will be assessed on any account past due by 30 days.

Final terms and conditions will be provided in the contract for services.
