Corporate Finance Intern Position

Intern, Corporate Finance Advisory

Fixed-term contract, October 2017 – June 2018.

• Bachelor or Master Economics student in his/her last year of studies, preferably with corporate

finance/corporate valuation focus.

• Basic knowledge of corporate finance is a must.

• Fluency in verbal and written English is a must. Another Central European language is preferred.

• Working experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must.

• General interest in current economic matters.

• CFA certification (or participation in the program) is an advantage.

• Excellent learning opportunities, involvement in acquisition procedures from the preparation till closing.

• Hands-on experience in transaction process management, direct exposure to client work

• Undertaking research (in general and specific databases)

• Support of other junior and senior team members in preparation of internal and external (client) materials

and meetings.

• 20 hours/week at the premises of Heal Partners (see below).
