Assisting with recruitment, training, and development of all team members, including introductory and annual staff reviews

Constant innovative leadership ensuring guest and employee satisfaction

Assist with management of food menus and beverage lists.

Assist with payroll and other administrative aspects

The successful candidate must possess the following:

Thorough knowledge of all types of beverages

A minimum of 1 year previous experience in the same position



Exacting standards relating to food, quality and presentation

The ability to successfully pass the Pointe Restaurant Wine Exam

A willingness to continually increase knowledge in regards to Food & Beverage through self training.

Sommelier Certification an asset.

An appreciation for detail and a passion for excellence in guest service

Enthusiasm for continual training of staff

A professional and positive attitude

Serving It Right Licensee Certification required

Job Description

Inspects all guestrooms and public areas

Assist and lead by example and be a pro-active member of the Housekeeping Leadership Team

Be the contact person for all guests or team members who may be requiring immediate assistance from the Housekeeping Team

Be responsible for the overall cleanliness and physical condition of the Housekeeping departmental and storage areas while on duty.

Assist in the completion all assigned administrative responsibilities required to maintain the smooth operation of the Housekeeping Department.

Job Requirements



Minimum 1 year experience in the same position.

Exemplary customer service skills and a demonstrated willingness to exceed guest expectations

Must possess the ability and desire to assist in leading a world-class Housekeeping Team.

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Good organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and creative problem solving skills are necessary.

Above average sanitation knowledge is an asset. First Aid certification would also be an asset.

Job Requirements:
