Step 1:Click on File to access Back Stage View

Click on File

Step 2: Click on Send And Save

Step3: Click File Types Section

Click on Crate a Video

Step 4: Choose the size of the video

The user can record narrations for the presentation, seconds to spend on each slide.

then click Create Video.

If you’re at the office and want several people to have access to it, you might want to put it on a shared network drive.

Then Click Save

Step5: Select a location to save the video

Video is converted to .wmv

There will be a progress bar displayed in the lower right corner of PowerPoint.

Now you can watch the video of your presentation in your favorite .wmv compatible video player.
