PROJECT TITLE: Invigilation

JOB ASSIGNMENT:  To conduct invigilation for NCTVET Examinations

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Relevant work experience

CONTRACT RATE:  $1002 per hour

CONTRACT DATE: June 16-18, 2014

PROCEDURES:  Work in consultation with the co-ordinator and may

work in conjunction with other technical experts

through collaborative voluntary effort.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF CONTRACTUAL ASSIGNMENT

In general all persons/parties/groups undertaking development assignments on

behalf of the HEART Trust/NTA (through its National Council on Technical and

Vocational Education and Training NCTVET Division) must agree and conform tothe following:

1. All assignments/projects must be completed in accordance with the process

and guidelines/specifications given and/or agreed on.

2. All materials, plans, concepts, systems and processes developed under the

contractual assignment become the sole property of the HEART Trust/NTA

and, as such HEART Trust/NTA reserves the rights to such materials and

products resulting from the assignment(s).

3. The contractee shall maintain the requirements of confidentiality in respect of

all assignments undertaken on behalf of the NCTVET and therefore admits

to knowing no conflict of interest in performing the assigned duties on behalf

of the NCTVET.

4. The contractee shall adhere to reporting schedules, and advise the

associated department manager or project coordinator of the associated unit

of the NCTVET, in reasonable time, of any impediment to the scheduled

completion of assignments.

5. Materials submitted as final products should carry references and

acknowledgement of original resource materials, names and addresses of

resource persons used and evidence of validation where necessary.

Verbatim use of resource materials is not allowed.

6. Payment for work done will be made in accordance with HEART Trust/NTA

policy, agreed payment schedule and related requirements.
