Her work is in a variety of galleries and boutiques throughout the Northeastern United States and has been shown in a number of national exhibitions.

On day one, students will prep materials, gather dyestuff, and cook dyes. Day two will reveal the wide range of colors available from the natural world. Metal forming and enamel can be combined in endless ways to create visual information, pattern, and depth. In this workshop students will experiment with applying enamel to sheet copper that has been pierced, dapped, and chased. Creative methods for setting and attaching enameled components will be covered on the second day.


Forged JewelrySaturday, August 2310 am—5 pminstructor: Samantha Skeltonlevel: allMake uniquely forged jewelry using a variety of hammers and texturing tools. Students will have the option to make earrings, rings, or pendants using different patinas to showcase the jewelry’s texture.

ONe-ON-ONe & StUDiO ReNtAlSPrivate lessons in many media can be arranged upon request for students of all ages and skill levels. Private lessons are $50 per hour, with a two-hour minimum. Also, independent studio use is available during open studio hours and by special arrangement.
