After this lecture you will learn about the term Consciousness, a few mathematical details of Sankhya Shashtra and the need of SM for all

professional for the betterment of society

What is consciousness and it’s field????

• Consciousness is the quality or state of awareness, in general.

• With respect to an individual; Everybody is “born with a consciousness life” that lies with one as ‘ground energy’, around which the energy of thoughts is spread in the form of electromagnetic energy.

• In other words, Brain’s electromagnetic field arises from induced e.m. field of neurons (their in) and this endogenous e.m. field called ‘consciousness’ gets stimulated from external e.m. field of space.

Page 4: Consciousness, sankhya shashtra_and_spiritual_management

• Pure consciousness—the unified ground state of consciousness in which consciousness is identified with the unified field.

• Cosmic consciousness—in which the experience of pure consciousness is permanently established along with waking, dreaming, and deep sleep states of consciousness. In this state, consciousness maintains its identification with the unified field while the mind and emotions are fully engaged in activity.

Page 5: Consciousness, sankhya shashtra_and_spiritual_management

• Very recently; Edge Science #21, March 2015, PUBLISHER: The Society for Scientific Exploration, EDITOR: Patrick Huyghe published a article by Michael Urheber with Rhonda Drake entitled “ Does Consciousness Continue Beyond Death?- A Search for Certainty” in which they have suggested and proved that “Consciousness has a looping or recursive nature and known to have a measurable effect on the environment.”

• This may be a further task to be taken into consideration….

Page 6: Consciousness, sankhya shashtra_and_spiritual_management

• Scientific research reports that ‘our nerve system reacts even on our imaginative fantasy which is visualized with closed eyes’.

• With modern scanners it is possible to show that the optical centre of the brain acts as if we are seeing even though we have our eyes closed.

• But what is it, than, that activates the optical centre?

• It is the spiritual intelligence, which also can be called the intelligence of the soul.

• Here the optical centre is activated through inner thinking and through the higher guidance of the soul.

Page 7: Consciousness, sankhya shashtra_and_spiritual_management

• Basically, Consciousness is said to be a property of quantum like processes with in a brain field resonating with a core of structures which may be the neural substrate of consciousness.

• This field is present1. Due to presence of conscious beings, and 2. Perpetual harmonic oscillations of the

fundamental particle in the spaceSo, the consciousness field is due to thought

energy & perpetual motion of oscillating particles and combination of these two makes the substratum of space filled with energy.

Page 8: Consciousness, sankhya shashtra_and_spiritual_management

• This is the point where analysis of Sankhya by Kapil rishi comes into the picture that suggests that the space is filled with energy (consciousness field) of vibrations.

• Mathematically, when a system of interaction gets synchronized to the vibrations of fundamental particle oscillations (they call it moolprakruti kan), the same fundamental amount of energy spread in the space may be derived out from that perpetual harmonic oscillations.

Page 9: Consciousness, sankhya shashtra_and_spiritual_management

AT THE CENTRE OF EIGHT CUBES THERE IS A TINY CUBE WITH LENGTH OF EACH SIDE EQUAL TO THE GAP.THAT CUBE IS MOOLAPRAKRITI, THE FUNDAMENTAL, (BASIC MATTER, PARTICLE,) AS COMPONENT OF SPACE. IT’S THE RED CUBE IN THE LOWER DIAGRAM WITH BLUECUBES.

Page 10: Consciousness, sankhya shashtra_and_spiritual_management

• For example, we can see that an interactive cycle can vary in only two ways. The variable calculated below may be called as ‘self similar variable’.

• So, perpetual motion is possible between and 31

Internally since neither loss or gain of energy is their in the system. And, according to sankhya shastra, this cyclic time cycle of the same proportion is the cause of any physical manifestation. That, the vibrations are present everywhere in space and no energy-loss/energy-gain is associated with this motion.

Page 13: Consciousness, sankhya shashtra_and_spiritual_management

• So, the nature of vibrations are one of the following 3 3

Spiritual Management• And when, we study the literature, science and

mathematics of “consciousness” and “sankhya sashtra”; A natural query appears as can all this knowledge be used for external business (sansara) for the betterment of life!

• And the solution appears as learning and applying Spiritual Management approach utilizing esoteric laws.

• The same course is being offered for professional of all areas eg doctors, engineers, lawyers, business executives and all management professionals.

SPIRITUAL MANAGEMENT has suggested us that Life and nature is governed by cycles, and we can take advantage of the natural energies to increase our business success. This is exactly, how we could attain no. 1 position in the world this year. –CARLOS SLIM HELU, TELCOM Industry, maxico.

Considering a powerful spiritual being at the core of each of us, significant breakthroughs and accomplishments are possible. And this is the beauty of “SPIRITUAL MANAGEMENT” to tell us the way of deeper grasping of Management of “Engineering & Technology” and human interactions.-BILL GATES, MICROSOFT, USA

Page 16: Consciousness, sankhya shashtra_and_spiritual_management

• Spiritual management seems to be a new concept though its roots can be traced from the time of start of the humanity.

• Spiritual management offers the removal of traditional congested atmosphere in the company and provide the employees a sort of relief.

• This spiritual management approach reveals how to handle situations that generate stress in the workplace, allowing employees to instantly recharge physically and mentally.

Page 17: Consciousness, sankhya shashtra_and_spiritual_management

• Spiritual Management is required for the scientists, professors, engineers & technocrats and Management professionals when material approaches are stuck and one has to enter the sub - and super -consciousness state of the brain for the sake of further development/progress where only light is there & no darkness!!!!

Format for course documentation – First copy

Course Objective: • Introduce learners to a basic understanding of the term

“spiritual management”.• Critically reflect through oral comprehensions about the

general contents of the knowledge of spiritual management.

• Introduce learners to the sequence of human development from the ‘evolution’ to the ‘merger’ which includes the phases of Religion – Philosophy – Science - Parascience-Engineering – Technology – Management - Spirituality-Spiritual management.

• Explore the understanding and utility of Para-scientific experimentation (that is finer than ‘material technology’); which is to be used to formulate spiritual management approach for further development.

Page 20: Consciousness, sankhya shashtra_and_spiritual_management

Course description: • This course on Spiritual management offers the removal of

traditional congested atmosphere in the company and provides the management & employees a sort of relief. This course offers an introduction of the term ‘spiritual management’ to be utilized by all professionals to develop understanding & utilization of processes for motivation, personality development & analysis, stress management etc at their work places. The spiritual management approach is based on ancient spiritual & esoteric principles and present course explain many Para-scientific processes e.g. quantum healing, aura study etc. for the purpose of estimating the ways to be adopted in one’s own professional field. It is concise, innovative and effective approach to corporate management that is tailored and made relevant for the modern professionals at the stage of development when material approaches are stuck and one has to enter the sub - and super -consciousness state of the brain for the sake of further development/progress where only light is there & no darkness!!!!
